Village of Monroe announces its Summer Concert Series performers


The Village of Monroe's Summer Concert Series begins Saturday, June 9, with the Hillbilly Parade at 7 p.m. This will be followed by six other concert dates through Aug. 25 in Crane Park between the Millponds on Lake Street.

7 p.m. Trophy Band Orquestra
Saturday, July 21
7 p.m. The Northern Songs
Saturday, Aug. 4
6 p.m. Ian Strauss
7 p.m. The Pickles
These concerts are in conjunction with the carnival in Crane Park.
Saturday, Aug. 11
7 p.m. Forever Ray
Saturday, Aug. 25
7 p.m. Mighty Spectrum Band with the Bruce Springsteen show.
Essentials• All concerts end at 8:30 p.m. If the concert is cancelled due to weather, the rain date is the next day.
