Ann J. Truatt passed peacefully on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018. She was 97 years old.

Ann is formerly of Woodcliff Lake, N.J., and Warwick, N.Y., and is survived by her son Frank Truatt and Taylor Truatt, owner and president of FST Broadcasting Corp., WTBQ Radio for 25 years, and her sister Dorothy Griffin of Wilmington, N.C.

Ann was predeceased by her husband, Frank, her parents Joseph and Anna Drecki, and two siblings Joseph Drecki Jr. and Helen Hovastak.

Mass was held at St. Mary’s Church in Passaic, N.J. She was laid to rest at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Saddle Brook, N.J.

The family is asking those who would like to donate in Ann’s name to please visit www.f4mmc.org, which is the Gagnon Cardiovascular center which gave Ann the gift of three more years with her loved ones.
